DMCA & Copyright Policy
CT Concert Center respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). This page explains how to submit a notice and how the process works.
Please note: CT Concert Center primarily presents factual information about public events (such as dates, venues, and artist names) aggregated from publicly available sources. Factual information is generally not protected by copyright. If you nonetheless believe that specific material on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a notice as described below.
Reporting copyright infringement
To file a notice of alleged infringement, please provide our Designated Agent with a written communication that includes substantially all of the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- An identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- An identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — for example, the specific URL(s) or a description of where it appears on the Service.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

(Please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line.)
What happens next
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question, and make a good-faith effort to notify the affected party. We may also remove material at our discretion.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send our Designated Agent a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., the district in which CT Concert Center may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, CT Concert Center will limit access to, or terminate the use of, the Service by users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
