Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Welcome to CT Concert Center. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CT Concert Center website at ctconcertcenterapp.com and the CT Concert Center mobile application (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CT Concert Center aggregates publicly available information about live music, concerts, and related events at venues across Connecticut and presents it in a single, browsable app and website. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. An optional one-time in-app purchase ("Remove Ads") removes advertising; that purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store and is subject to Apple's terms.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Event information is gathered from third-party sources, including venue websites and ticketing providers, and is provided for general informational purposes only. Details such as dates, times, lineups, prices, age restrictions, and availability can change without notice, and events may be postponed or cancelled. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, or up to date. Always confirm details directly with the venue or official ticket seller before making plans, traveling, or purchasing tickets.

3. Tickets and Third-Party Links

The Service may link to third-party websites, including venues and ticket sellers, to help you get tickets or more information. We do not sell tickets, and we are not a party to any transaction you enter into with a third party. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, pricing, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and your use of those sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

4. Advertising

The Service displays advertising provided by third parties, including Google AdMob. Ads are labeled and may be personalized based on your choices (including your App Tracking Transparency selection). The presence of an ad does not constitute an endorsement. To remove ads, you may use the one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: (a) scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically extract data from the Service; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or (d) use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The CT Concert Center name, logo, design, original text, and the compilation of listings are owned by CT Concert Center and protected by intellectual-property laws. Underlying event information and any venue or artist names, logos, and images remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Service's content except as permitted by law.

7. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA & Copyright Policy for how to submit a notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CT Concert Center and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service, reliance on any listing, or any third-party site or transaction — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut.
